UNDP Bhutan seek a proposal from the national/local consulting firm for the 2nd Follow-up survey for the Impact evaluation (IE) of the Green Climate Fund (GCF) Financed - “Supporting Climate Resilience and Transformational Change in the Agriculture Sector in Bhutan and below are the brief scope of workThe second FU survey should cover the localities and households surveyed at baseline. Particular attention should be made to limit attrition. FU data collected should be easy to link with the baseline data and capture project-s result indicators and measurements: during data collection that will be carried out with CAPI, the baseline household identification numbers should be pre-programmed and special care should be taken by field agents to identify households using the pre-programme ID.FU household questionnaire design: the baseline household questionnaire should provide the basis for the FU survey questionnaire. In some of the modules, questions should be revised based on the responses obtained in the baseline questionnaire and considering the measurement of the project results. Modules that cover time-invariant characteristics should be removed, resulting in a shorter survey quest...
