- Tenders are invited for Construction of Integrated Drinking Water and Irrigation Scheme, Zhemgang A Pre-bid meeting shall take place on 9 February 2024 at 10:30 hours (Bhutan Standard Time) at the Zhemgang Dzongkhag Administration. 7.
