• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Design, Manufacture, Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 3 Mt EOT Crane a) Type and requirement. Single Girder Electric Overhead Travelling Crane of 3MT capacity. Heavy duty end carriage joints should have contacts of all four wheels with the track. The crane shall be capable of hoisting, longitudinal travel (LT) and cross travel (CT) at various speeds in both loaded and unloaded conditions. b) Capacity (SWL) 3MT c) Scope of Supply Design, Manufacture, Supply, Erection, Commissioning, Performance Acceptance, Quality Assurance and Site Testing of 3MT EOT Crane along with crane rail track (Component breakup to be provided by the bidder). d) Class /duty Class 2/M5/Indoor Operation e) Dimension Height of lift: 10.5 m; Crane Span:7.1 m (total distance between E & F (or between two NPB column) is 7.4m as per drawing in annexure-1) crane longitudinal travel (LT):23.25m (Total Bay Length available: 24.05 m) The dimensions are as per layout drawing in annexure1 f) Hook Drop forged “c” type swiveling hook conforming to IS supported on thrust bearings. Hook shall be provided with suitable safety latch. g) Crane Rail Track Design, Manufacture, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of pre-painted (as per painting instruction given in clause no. 12) Mild Steel Crane Rail Track of a suitable dimension should be in the scope of Bidder. The crane rail track should be designed to rest on MS brackets which are provided at every NPB column (four columns spaced 8.1 m each in between) as given in annexure-1 and must be designed to withstand the load at 125% of SWL throughout the length of rail track. All the fittings and accessories required for fixing of the rail track with the MS brackets shall be supplied by the contractor. h) Power Supply & Control Voltage 415±10% & 240 V AC i) Drive Type Electrical/415V/50Hz j) Brake Type Thrust brake/electrical k) Motors The Sq. cage induction motors shall be suitable for frequent starting, reversing and braking operations in accordance with IS-325. Motors shall be totally enclosed in dust proof construction, foot/flange Page 6 mounted, TEFC, Class F insulation, IP54 protection with integrated safety brakes. Separate motors of adequate rating shall be used for hoisting, LT & CT motions. Note: Make to be approved by CHP, DGPC. l) Control Radio Remote Controller (RRC)/ Pendant Controller m) Speed C.T speed: 10 mpm (meter per minute) Dual speed with VFD; L.T speed: 15 mpm (meter per minute) Dual speed with VFD; Raise and Lower speed: 3 mpm (meter per minute) Dual speed with VFD n) Control Panel VVVF (Variable Voltage Variable Frequency) drive panels The control panel should be moisture resistant VVVF Drive panels considered: Schneider/Siemens /ABB/Yaskawa OR any other reputed make All cables should be Armored Cables. o) Limit Switches and Locks Safety limit switches for stoppers should be provided to prevent over-travelling in all motions. Audio & visual alarm for all the limit switches shall be provided. Safety latch and swiveling locks shall be provided for hook. p) Cabling All wiring for power control circuit shall be carried out with 1.1kV grade flame retardant low smoke (FRLS) PVC insulated copper cables. Minimum size of cables for control circuit shall be 2.5 sq.mm and minimum size for power cables shall be 4.0 sq.mm.
