UNDP, Thimphu
Position: International Consultant for Impact Evaluation Specialist for UNDP/GCF Funded- "Supporting Climate Resilience and Transformational Change in the Agriculture Sector in Bhutan"
Duration: 45 working days spread over the period from the week of May 2020 to April 2022.
UNDP Bhutan invites proposals from qualified and experienced consultants to undertake the following tasks:
To develop an Impact Evaluation Design for the project and oversee the evaluation preparation and implementation activities
Applicants are requested to submit the proposal in electronic format by 10 May 2020 to procurement.bt@undp.org.
The consultant is invited to submit applications along with
Duly accomplished Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability using template provided by UNDP;
Personal CV, indicating all experience from similar projects, as well as the contact details (email and telephone number) of the Candidate.
At least three (3) professional references.
Technical proposal with clear methodology;
Financial Proposal that indicates the all-inclusive cost supported by a breakdown of costs in USD (fees, travel, per diem allowance, etc.)
