Quotation are invited for Supply of Cat 'B' Stores (Bush Cutter (Brand-Ajashy) Part, Ditch Cleaning Bucket, Etc). 1 Bush Cutter (Brand-Ajashy) Part No GK110 for Hydraulic Excavator cum Loader JCB 3DX 2 Complete Trash Pump consisting with:- (i) Trash Pump 3DX (ii)Hose 02 Nos (hi) Circuit Part No 980/A4874 for Hydraulic Excavator cum Loader JCB 3DX 3 Ditch Cleaning Bucket (1.02) Part No 335/F4413 for Hydraulic Excavator cum Loader JCB 3DX 4 3DX Hand Held Breaker HM 25 Part No 929/92400 for Hydraulic Excavator cum Loader JCB 3DX 5 Toothless Ripper Tooth Part No 336/E6674 For Hydraulic Excavator JCB JS-205 Earnest Money of Amount in Rs 1,85,200/- Performance Bank Guarantee. Performance Bank Guarantee in the form of Bank Guarantee or Demand Draft should be submitted by your firm @ 5% of the value of Supply Order amount within 30 days of receipt of the Supply Order, to HQ 19 BRTF, Phuentsholing. The Fixed Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee Bond be prepared having validity/maturity period of sixty days beyond the date of completion of all contractual obligations of the supplier including warranty obligation (Ref Rule-171 of GFR 2017). The PBG should be drawn in favour of HQ 19 BRTF payable at SBI, Hasimara. On receipt of Performance Bank Guarantee, the EMD will be returned to the firm. The Performance Bank Guarantee will be released after one month of release of completed payment against the supply order. If required, the extension of validity of Performance Bank Guarantee will be sought accordingly. Format of Performance Bank Guarantee as per Appendix 'E' enclosed.
