• Tenders are invited for Supply of Druk Tent Supply of CAT ‘B- Stores 504 5S&TC (GREF), Phuentsholing (Bhutan) 1 o Druk Tent 35ft xl8 ft x7 ft (a) Composition Polyester/Cotton blended fibre yarns Cotton : 40% (±10), Polyester : 60% (±10) (b) Specific Wt (g/m2) 440 g/m2 (c) Colour Nature white (Outer) with logos of Dragon in same colour as enclosed in the photos). Inner colour yellow as reflected in the photo. (d) Breathability Minimum-20009/m2/24h (e) Tear resistance Warp and weft 60N minimum (f) Water penetration resistance (Just piece of plain Canvas) 45hpa minimum for the roof 30hpa minimum for the walls (Water Proof) (g) Dimensional variation when soaked in water maximum 2% (h) Aluminum frame with 40x2mm pipes and connectors with storm guy ropes. Nos 2 Earnest Money and Security Deposit. 12. Manufacturer/Firms who are NOT enlisted as per Para 5.1 (b) of this RFP will have to submit Earnest Money of Amount in Rs 7,200/- (Rupees Seven Thousand Two Hundred Only) in the form of fixed Deposit receipt, or Bank guarantee from any of the commercial banks drawn in favour of Chief Engineer, Project Dantak payable at SBI Hasimara having validity/maturity period of Six Months and will be enclosed with Technical Bid. Earnest Money of un-successful firms/ 'Consignor shall be returned to them immediately on placing of Supply Order. Format of EMD as per Appendix T)- enclosed. The MSME companies having valid Udyog Aadhar Number, the EMD exemption as per DPM will be applicable. 13. Performance Bank Guarantee. Performance Bank Guarantee in the form of Bank Guarantee should be submitted by your firm @ 5% of the value of Supply Order amount within 30 days of receipt of the Supply Order, to HQ CE (P) Dantak. The Fixed Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee Bond be prepared having validity/maturity period of sixty days beyond the date of completion of all contractual obligations of the supplier including warranty obligation (Ref Rule- 171 of GFR 2017). The PBG should be drawn in favour of Chief Engineer Project Dantak payable at SBI, Hasimara. On receipt of Performance Bank Guarantee, the EMD will be returned to the firm. The Performance Bank Guarantee wall be released after one month of release of completed payment against the supply order. If required, the extension of validity of Performance Bank Guarantee will be sought accordingly. Format of Performance Bank Guarantee as per Appendix ‘E- enclosed.
