Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Two Way Radio Communication System NIT No : MHP004/2023 Document availability date & time : From 28.04.2023 to 29.05.2023 on all working days From 09:00 Hrs to 17:00 Hrs. Bid receipt date & time : Up to 29.05.2023 by 13:00 Hrs. Pre-bid meeting : NA Bid opening date & time : On 29.05.2023 at 14:30 Hrs at Conference Hall MHP, Dangdung. All Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security for an amount of BTN. 70,000.00 (BTN. Seventy Thousand) only in the form of Demand Draft /Cash Warrant/ Bank Guarantee, issued by any Financial Institutions acceptable and enforceable by Financial Institutions in Bhutan and shall remain valid till 27.08.2023. Bids not accompanied with an acceptable Bid security as specified in Bidding Documents or Bids accompanied with Bid Security of inadequate value and validity shall be rejected by MHP at the time of the opening
