Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Bidder must be a reputed IT firm with minimum 5 years of active existence.2. Bidder has to be legally registered firm in Bhutan.3. Must submit valid Trade License and valid Tax Clearance Certificate.4. Bidder must submit signed MA (Manufacture Authorization) letter directly from the manufacturer with clearly mentioning the warranty offered as required in the technical specifications.5. Bidder must have minimum 5 numbers of similar/relevant project work experience.6. Bidder must have the following full time technical staffs: Minimum one CCNA Certified Network Technician and one MCSE Certified System Expert having 5 years or more work experience in similar project.7. Compliance Statement to Technical Specification clearly mentioning deviation, if any, and dully vetted and attested by respective OEM to be submitted.
