Eligibility of Tenderer : All the eligible bidders holding valid trade license and valid Tax Clearance Certificate.Note:1. Evaluation will be done for item wise [Printer cartridge will be evaluated and awarded based on the samples submitted by the bidders]2. Bidder have to submit the selected samples for the quoted items [Printer Cartridges].3. Bidders have to submit the samples within five days from the date of opening and delivered at Dzongkhag Procurement Office.4. Bidders who fails to submit the samples will be considered as non-responsive and shall not be evaluated.5. Contract will be awarded to the successful bidders based on samples submitted by the bidders to the procuring agency
