Information for Bidder/Consultant :
Eligibility of Tenderer : Bidder with valid trade license and tax clearance certificate. (a) Evaluation will be done "lot-wise evaluation".Note: (1) Sample for each item should be submitted by the bidders for the evaluation [Sample will be used to evaluate only the quality of uniform]. (2) Sample that should be submitted are: i. Boys- gho, lagay, gong, 1 pair of stocking, 1 pair of shoes and slippers ii. Girls-kira, tego, wonju, 1 pair of socks, 1 pair of shoes and slippers (3) Evaluation will be done based on sample and based on meeting of required technical specifications provided in tender document. (4) Bidders who fail to submit all the sample will be considered as non-responsive and will not evaluate. (5) Bidders have to quote for 1 number/pair of each item as per Price Schedule. However, based upon the requirement from Schools, we will issue the Supply Order with quantity. (6) Dateline for the submission of sample is on or before 28th January, 2022 at Procurement Office, Lhuentse. For the individual schools uniform sample (only for color and pattern, not quality), please contract principals of the schools: (Refer Bid Data Sheet under Tender Document "ITB 41.3 Evaluation of Bid").
